Step One: Make sure you have the latest version...

All customers are encouraged to make sure that they are using the latest version of PAM - we release updates regularly which include new and enhanced features and fix problems that we have been made aware of.

Step Two: If you have the latest version of PAM and still need assistance...

Please contact us using one of the following methods, and we will help you to answer any queries you have about PAM as quickly as possible.

Preferred Method:

Use PAM's "Email PAM Support" option (from the Help menu within PAM).

We ask you to use this method if at all possible because PAM will create an email containing additional technical information that may help us answer your query more quickly.
